  • The CD4047 is a low-powered monostable/astable multivibrator IC. The CD4047 IC allows a positive or negative edge-triggered monostable multivibrator mode with retriggering and external counting options
  • Supply voltage range: 3.0V to 15V
  • The CD4047 consists of 14 pins for both- a small outline integrated circuit and a dual-inline package
  • Maximum Power Dissipation(Pd): 700mW in DIP Package
  • Low power consumption: special CMOS oscillator for low power configuration
  • Operates in both Monostable(one-shot) and Astable(free-running) operation
  • Only one external Resistor and Capacitor required
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +85°C
  • High Noise Immunity
  • The CD4047 IC is a low power CMOS logic based multivibrator circuit IC. It can operate either in the monostable or astable mode. Furthermore, this IC is easy to configure for both modes and requires few external components to operate. It has a voltage range of 3V-15V but works best at 5V.
