D2499 Transistor

• The transistor has quite interesting capabilities and it is primarily built for using in TV or monitor horizontal deflection application circuitry. But it is not limited to these uses, its high speed and high voltage capabilities makes it ideal to use in many high voltage applications upto 600V and also in high speed switching applications.
• Moreover the collector current of the transistor is 6A which mean it can drive load of upto 6A continuously.
• Another plus point of this transistor is its low saturation voltage which is only 5V max. The minimum and maximum DC current gain of the transistor is 8 to 25, The maximum power dissipation is 50 Watts and the transition frequency is 2MHz.
