  • FIRMWARE FLEXIBILITY: Out of the box, the mainboard is preloaded with the Ender 3 Pro firmware. However, it can be customized to accommodate other printer models by flashing the appropriate firmware.
  • UNIFIED HARDWARE: Despite the varying printer models, they share the same mainboard hardware design. The main differentiation comes from the installed firmware, tailored for each specific printer type.
  • PERFORMANCE BOOST: The central microcontroller has undergone an upgrade from 8-bit to 32-bit architecture. This advancement results in significantly improved operational speed, reduced operational noise, and enhanced printing precision.
  • DRIVER AND FIRMWARE VARIANTS: The V1.1.5 version of the mainboard comes with TMC2208 drivers and operates Marlin 1.1.9 firmware. In contrast, the V4.2.7 variant utilizes TMC2225 drivers and is powered by Marlin 2.0.1 firmware.
  • ADVANCED FEATURES: The mainboard introduces valuable enhancements, including material breakage detection, which prevents printing failures due to material interruptions, and automatic leveling for simplified bed calibration.

  • FIRMWARE UPDATE PROCESS: For V1.1.5 boards, firmware updates are accomplished using an ISP cable. Conversely, V4.2.7 boards require the firmware file to be copied onto a formatted SD card. Inserting the card and power cord, followed by turning on the printer, completes the update process in approximately 10 seconds.
