Because this PSU is a “hot-plug” module meant to slide into a server rack, it does not have standard wires. To use it on a workbench, you will need a conversion/breakout board. If you are not using a breakout board, you will need to manually short specific pins (usually pin 33 to the Ground/Negative pin) to trick the PSU into turning on and engaging the 12V output.
