A 20kg load cell is a specialized force transducer that converts mechanical pressure (weight) into a measurable electrical signal, commonly used in digital kitchen, bench, or parcel scales with a maximum capacity of 20 kg. These aluminum-alloy strain gauge sensors typically operate with 2.6 ~ 5.5VDC, output a small 1.0±0.15mV signal, and are often configured in a Wheatstone bridge. To accurately read the signal, a load cell amplifier such as the HX711 is required, as the output signal is very small.�
