Refund and Returns Policy

2. Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Return Period: You have within 7 (seven) working days including Saturday from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 (seven) working days including Saturday, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item

• To initiate a return: Fill out this form within 7 (seven) working days including Saturday of receiving your item.
• We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please fill this form. Exchanges must meet the same conditions as returns.

Shipping Costs for Original Order: Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please fill this form within 7 (seven) working days including Saturday us immediately. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the contact information provided down below within 30 (thirty) minutes. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
